This comes with highest priority and support for every service call to ensure fastest turnaround and quick recovery from downtime. It covers all the spares required during maintenance, except for the wound component. We also provide a standby unit at marginal cost to make up for the downtime. Platinum AMC is highly recommended to top notch critical applications such as Servers , Data Center, Operation Theater, Process Control Plants and Multiple Lift Back Ups.
2) Gold AMC :It has second highest priority with almost similar benefits as Platinum except for standby unit and does not include spares of wound component and power devices .
3) Silver AMC :This one is basic AMC providing only Service Engineer . All spares are chargeable
